Timeline FAQ

The NCAMP timeline follows this outline:

You receive adverse determination letter OR you have a conflict with a supplier, vendor, customer, lender, etc.
You request mediation.
NCAMP determines whether mediation is available.
NCAMP assigns mediator
NCAMP schedules mediation.
Mediation is held.
At the conclusion of mediation, the parties will sign an agreement.
